It was all treats and no tricks the week of Halloween for deserving eastern North Carolina nonprofits. Local lumber yard and supply company East Hardwood Company, Inc. made donations to the Boys and Girls Club of the Coastal Plain and all area high schools. Recognizing the crucial need for school and resource funding during the COVID crisis, leadership at East Hardwood took action that would benefit as many area students as possible.
