Outstanding customer service both at the store and during delivery. Were able to combine orders made on separate days into the same delivery. Delivery driver placed product as close to where we wanted it but was unwilling to drive the forklift farther than absolutely necessary to avoid damage to the lawn after recent very heavy downpour. Would definitely buy product from them in the future if we need more.

I’ve been dealing with Safrit’s for 40 years.  Very nice people to deal with.  They back up anything they sell.

I called this store after being directed by a manufacturer online. Based on zip code. Outstanding customer service. The sales associate on the phone said he would try and locate the product I requested, and called me back twice until he located a vendor who had it.
Within Sn hour of inquiry... AND it was a very reasonable price!
I will shop here more often for sure!
